ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE INQUIRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED
WITHIN 28 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
PLEASE NOTE:
If you receive a return label, any pending refund or replacement is dispensed AFTER your label has been activated (i.e. when return package is scanned by the carrier after you drop it off!)
Return labels remain valid for 28 days from the date they are generated;
-` returns not shipped within this grace period will be canceled + forfeit any pending refunds. ´-

A1. Missing an item
Our bad! Please send us an email w/ your order # in the subject line + all applicable details regarding the issue.
We'll get back to you within a day during our store's open hours (Tues-Sun 12pm-7pm) + send out any missing items ASAP!
A2. Received wrong item
Our bad! Please send us an email w/ your order # in the subject line + all applicable details regarding the issue + exchange request.
Once your exchange is confirmed, you'll receive a return label to send back the incorrect item in its original packaging + we’ll ship out the correct item ASAP!
A3. Manufacturer defect (e.g. tracks repeat on both sides/defected audio/etc)
Please send us an email w/ your order # in the subject line + the following info:
- Any applicable photos
- Whether seeking a refund OR possible exchange for a different LP of equal value
-` Due to the nature of these manufacturer defects, we’re unable to send replacements of the same LP as we have no way to efficiently determine whether just one or all copies of a specific title might carry the defect. Sorry! ´-
If eligible for a refund/exchange, no return label necessary! We'll get back to you within a day during our store's open hours (Tues-Sun 12pm-7pm) + send out the selected LP
OR if you selected a refund instead, it'll be dispensed via your original payment method ASAP!
A4. Excessive sleeve damage (seam splits/heavy corner crush/etc. sustained during transit)
-`does NOT apply to items sold as-is/slightly damaged! ´-
Please send us an email w/ your order # in the subject line + the following info:
- Photos of the damage
- Whether seeking a replacement or a refund
We'll get back to you within a day during our store's open hours (Tues-Sun 12pm-7pm) + send you a return label for the damaged LP.
After return label is activated: if we have another copy in stock, we'll reply with photos of the undamaged exchange item before sending it out as a replacement.
If the item is out of stock, we'll let you know + send a refund instead ASAP!
B. To be eligible for a return/exchange for any other reason, returned item must be still sealed in original packaging/unopened/unplayed!

T-SHIRTS + HOODIES
We cannot stock t-shirt sizes/variety as frequently as our LPs, so we're unable to provide restock-time estimates for apparel & the size you want to exchange may not be available at the time you submit a request.
If you see it available, the quickest way to receive the size/product you want is to purchase it separately + submit a return request for the the size you already have.

New t-shirts & hoodies purchased online can ONLY be exchanged for different sizes of the same product originally purchased, NOT LPs or other products/store credit
Any t-shirt or hoodie eligible to return or exchange must be UNDAMAGED + UNWORN + UNWASHED, smoke & pet dander-free, please!
