DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

Yes! You can purchase them digitally here and physically at our shop. To redeem a gift card in-store, you must provide the QR code that was sent to whichever email you chose to tie the gift card to.

IS YOUR ENTIRE STOCK ONLINE?

All NEW items available in-store are immediately put online, however all of our USED stock is only available in-store, with a curated selection also on our shop’s Discogs account. We as well only have our hand-made leather accessories / jewelry + smaller merch items available in-store only.

WILL YOU BE GETTING "X" IN STOCK?

Because our stock is replenished mainly via small distro ordering/trading with other stores/labels, we cannot offer special ordering for titles. You can always suggest stuff to our staff any time though! We try to bring in a variety of genres, but our customers turn us on to cool new stuff all the time. We appreciate the help!

IS "X" LP NEW? / WHY DIDN’T MY LP COME SEALED?

All records we sell via the website are brand new (our used selection is in-store only). A lot of LPs we have are manufactured by the label without shrink wrap, though they are still brand new!

If an LP is manufactured in a regular sleeve / not shrink wrapped, we take the record out + ship with it on the outside of the sleeve to avoid seam splits.

CAN YOU SELL OUR RECORDS IN YOUR SHOP? / DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICK-UP?

Yep! If you’re in PDX, you can select the in-store pick-up option at checkout here via our website!

HOW ARE ORDERS PACKED?

We pack orders securely via Mighty Music Mailers + Twister Box record mailers. T-Shirt orders are sent via soft bags, and cassettes are bubble-wrapped in cardboard mailers.

If an LP is manufactured in a regular sleeve / not shrinkwrapped, we take the record out + ship with it on the outside of the sleeve to avoid seam splits.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS?

Yes! If you place separate orders in the same 24-hour timeframe, go ahead and send us an email about combining shipping. We’ll refund the excess shipping amount via your payment method.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do offer international shipping to numerous countries across North + South America, Europe, Asia, and oceanic island nations. If you're unable to complete a purchase thru our website, your address may be located in a country we cannot ship to yet.

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

Costs depend on the amount and type of items in your order and where in the world you'll have your package shipped! Try adding stuff to your cart + adding your shipping info to see estimates ~

DO YOU PAY DUTIES?

Taxes via international customs are automatically applied at checkout if your address is compatible within Shopify's international shipping terms/integrations. Beyond this, we are currently unable to cover any additional fees you'll experience once your package arrives at its destination.

ORDER ISSUES

MY ORDER’S TRACKING HASN’T UPDATED!

Mail carriers work hard + sometimes experience prolonged delays! That said, once we drop off your package to USPS/UPS/etc, the timeline of delivery is completely out of our hands. If your tracking doesn’t reflect any updates after 28 days, we recommend calling your local post office for help locating your package!

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN / SAID DELIVERED BUT WASN’T!

As explained above, once we pass off your package to the mail carrier, the delivery, or lack of, is completely out of our hands and responsibility. If you’re worried about stolen parcels, we recommend selecting “signed delivery” in your shipping preferences. You can also try calling your local post office or submitting a lost package claim through USPS.

MY ORDER IS INCORRECT / I’M MISSING AN ITEM!

Our bad! Send us an email with your order # and an explanation of the issue and we’ll correct the mistake / send you any missing items ASAP at no extra charge!

MY LP ARRIVED DAMAGED!

We’re really sorry if this happens to you and we always try to do whatever we can to make it right!

If you prefer store credit for an exchange, we’ll put your balance on a gift card to be used online or in-store whenever you’d like!

OTHER ELIGIBLE REASONS

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN MANUFACTURER DEFECT, RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE STILL SEALED OR UNOPENED/UNUSED!
