SHIPPING POLICY:
- We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $165!
- Orders are typically processed within 48 hours and shipped out within 1-3 business days once they have been processed.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- We suggest USPS Media Mail for domestic orders and DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct for international orders.
- We also recommend selecting the "signed delivery" option in your shipping preferences if you have any concerns about lost or stolen packages.

- Once we drop off your package with the shipping carrier of your choice, it is in their hands. We'll do our part to ensure your package is as safely packed as possible.
- Sometimes mail carriers experience prolonged delays that are out of our control. Refer to your order's tracking number for updates on your order status.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting your local post office or submitting a lost package claim through USPS.
